What are check-in and check-out times?
Sun Set Breeze Vacation Home will be available to

Check-in at ~    4:00 PM upon your arrival date. 

Check-out time 11:00 AM on your departure date. 

Please depart on time to give our cleaning staff ample time to prepare the condo for the next guest.


Are there any complementary items provided during our stay?
Sunset Breeze Vacation Home provides a few household items for your use during your stay:  After items are used, guests are responsible to purchase more.
Under the sink, you will find

Dish Soap
Dishwasher Soap
1 Dish sponge & Scrub Brush
1 Roll Toilet Paper in each bathroom

1 Paper Towel

Sunset Breeze Vacation Home provides a fully furnished home (items provided)
Kings bed,  2 Full beds and  Queen Sleeper Sofa.  Quilts on beds, 2 blankets, pillows, washer / dryer, dishes, pots, pans, glass wear, silverware,  cookies sheets,  K cup and a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice maker, soft cooler, iron / iron board,  vacuum, broom, mop.(If guest stain quilts and sheets, guest will be responsible to pay for new replaced linens.)

We Supply  Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Cooler

Included with your stay, we supply - sheets for the beds, quilts, pillows, Blankets, shower towels and face clothes 

2 bedroom / 2 bath home (1 King Size Bed, 2 Full size beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa)

Resort Pool and Jacuzzi Rules 

The Pool and Jacuzzi close at 10:00PM

("Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi") is not life guarded, and that the Swimming Pool  & Jacuzzi, is potentially fatal to monitored children and adults.   I ("The Guest") am aware of the risks and dangers presented by the Swimming Pool, and (:The Guest") am solely responsible for any damages, injuries and/or death(s) resulting from the use of the Swimming Pool  & Jacuzzi"

How Far Is Eagle Beach from the Resort? 

A quick 10 minute walk to Eagle Beach (which has all the Water Sports and a Beach Bar) 


3 minute walk, you can take a left out of the resort and go to a smaller, more  private beach ( Relaxing & Quiet)

Does The Condo have Air Conditioning ? Yes 


Is The Condo Cleaned Daily?

No, the Condo is cleaned prior to your arrival and after you leave.


How many people can the villa sleep?
The Ocean Front 2 bedroom / 2 bath home  can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 6 guests as regulated by Aruba Government  and hotel regulation and code.

Do I need to Rent a Car? No

You can rent a car, not necessary. The Island has Taxi's and the Bus System.

When do I receive our  Door Code?
The door code will be sent after the guest fills out the  security deposit authorization. This link will be sent 5 days before arrival. We will then send you an e mail with all your code to gain access to the home and the resort.


Do you have a BBQ grill? Yes  

Is Smoking Allowed? NO
This is a Non-Smoking home.  There is no smoking inside our home. No candles are allowed. If smoking or candles are detected a significant extra cleaning charge will be applied


Are Pets Allowed? NO
No, Pets / Animals/ They are NOT allowed in our home or on the property at any time.  If a pet is determined, have been within the home, a significant extra cleaning charge will be applied.

Is Internet access available? Yes
Yes, wireless internet access is provided free of charge during your stay. Access codes are on the fridge.


Is telephone service provided? For 911 purpose only

Are there grocery stores nearby?
There is a grocery store right around the corner.  There is a Large Super Foods. You can Order online.

 What is your cancellation policy?

We will send you a booking form and terms to sign.
Renter may cancel the confirmed reservation at any time and cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or  email.  In the event a guest cancels a reservation, or the Owners or Management Company have to cancel a reservation
due to non-payment of the balance due, the following cancellation charges will apply:
–  Booking deposit ( USD 50% down ) Minus $150.00 Non Refundable Service fee. 
–  We will send you our  terms and conditions to sign. You may take out *  Travel insurance  when booking..*recommended

- Final balance is Due Before 35 days before arrival

 What is your code of conduct?
The rental accommodations are situated on a resort development, which consists of both residential and vacation homes, therefore the owners, or owners’ agents or its representatives cannot be responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to existing houses or any other nuisance as a result thereof on or around the housing development.  During their stay the guest(s) are responsible for the property and are expected to treat the home with care and respect as they would their own home. 

This includes the locking of the doors and windows each time they leave the home.  Please do not play loud music or do anything likely to inconvenience or annoy the neighbors after 2300 hours and before 0700 hours.  In the event that anyone in your party behaves in such a way which  our Management believes is likely to cause danger or distress or annoyance to anyone else on the property, the Owners or their Management reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately.  The owners, their management or agents shall not be responsible for any costs you incur, provide any compensation nor make any refunds for this action.
